Several weaknesses/challenges are usually though to be common for the CIS vendors. We disagree with such generalization and openly show our clients and prospects how we address those areas:
-
Poor management skills and services quality
This is not a challenge for our company. Belsoft-Borlas Group heavily invests in project management education for its employees, as well as in software development process quality. -
Poor foreign language skills
All our employees working on foreign projects possess high level of the English language skills. Their knowledge is regularly assessed. Job criteria for all vacancies in IT Outsourcing Department and all senior positions in the Group include extensive knowledge of the English language. All project documentation created in English. Project managers additionally control the quality of project documentation from the language point of view.
-
Lack of intellectual property protection
According to different surveys by Forrester Research and other analysts, upholding intellectual property rights in CIS countries per se is not a challenge anymore. Belarussian legislation focuses on patents, trademarks, and related aspects of intellectual property rights. Belsoft-Borlas Group will sign an additional contractual agreement and a Non-Disclosure agreement (NDA) with your company to further assist in protecting IP. On the other side, each employee have to sign NDA with BBG upon being hired.
Our security measures address physical security, personnel security, and data encryption areas. To prove our expertise in this area please note that Belsoft-Borlas Group provides complex IT and physical security solutions to its clients through its mother company BORLAS Security Systems.
-
