• Formalized, structured communication through regular centralized project library updates:

  • project progress reports
  • task statement view
  • change request

  • documentation request with respect of Oracle PJM and AIM methodologies for exchange of management documentation, specifications, system documents according the project success

• Specialized software like CVS, web-applications for the Bug Tracking and regular detailed technical information exchange

• Communication via emails, fixed, mobile and Internet telephony (Scype) for the serious issues discussion and urgent decisions agreement

• Instant message programs (ICQ, Scype) for the operative definition of the not clear points which don’t require to noted down

• Personal meetings for the fast project onset, complicated tasks development, speeding-up of the problem resolution and remote works flow (requirements collection, client acceptance)
