We sign an NDA (non disclosure agreement) with our customers to maintain full confidentiality of the customer's information, even before signing the formal contract with you. We sign another NDA with all our employees.

We do not retain any copyrights to the work for offshore projects. All copyrights belong to the customer.

   Network Security:

All our network links are secure and closely examined so that your data is always secure and safe. Only authorized professionals are allowed to access the systems at our development center after proper verification and authentication. We monitor our servers regularly for any traces of unauthorized access, and use stringent measures to avoid all types of hacking. We ensure that all security guidelines stipulated by the client are ensured at all times.

   Code Security:

The source code is well protected with passwords and access codes and it is available only to the members working on that project. The proper version control procedures are deployed to keep track of the changes done in the code. The code is backed up in the appropriate media, and erased from development, test and deployment servers after the project completion.

   Physical Security:

• 24-hour security is provided for the work premises
• The entry to the development premises is restricted with the help of access cards
• All the printed materials and files are catalogued and stored in a location protected by lock and key system
• Any method of information transfer such as e-mails, fax, electronic file exchange, instant messenger, on-line meetings, paper documentation etc, must have their parameters for usage defined
